Nuevas sinergias para la sostenibilidad: ASCEND adquiere POLIBLEND y ESSETI Plast Ascend Performance Materials, el mayor productor de poliamida 66 integrada, anunció hoy que ha firmado un acuerdo para adquirir Poliblend y Esseti Plast GD del Grupo D'Ottavio. El acuerdo incluye la compra de la planta de producción de Mozzate (Como), la cartera de masterbatches de Esseti Plast GD y la cartera de plásticos de ingeniería de Poliblend, que consiste en grados vírgenes y reciclados de PA66, PA6, PBT y POM.
